I practically have a new door! Andy, fit me in and arrived at 11:30pm and stayed until 2am to get my door back in operation. Essentially he rebuilt it , he replaced any worn components, re-aligned everything, greased it all and reset my springs. It feels like a total rehab in two and a half hours and for what I consider a bargain. Be patient as this guy is busy....for a good reason. But he is one of the hardest workers I have ever met.

Five stars is not nearly enough for this business! My garage door came off the track last night around 9:30 pm and the opener remotes wouldn't work to top it off. Andy arrived pretty quickly and worked diligently moving things around and replacing nearly every bracket and roller on the door until 2am!! The garage door has NEVER opened and closed as smoothly as it does now. When it was light in the morning we realized the was a slight gap between the bottom of the door and the driveway. Andy returned and not only fixed that but replaced the rubber guard. The overall cost was impressively reasonable! Would strongly recommend Andy and Express Garage Door Service!!

When the garage door on my sons house wouldn't open open all the way and then the roller almost feel off and the door was at an angle and would not close ,I was a little worried. I called Express garage doors and Andy got here and said he could get it fixed in about an hour. It had more wrong with it than first thought, but he was able to get the job done. He was fast and courteous and did a good job. It even comes with a year warranty! I wouldn't hesitate to call him again!

Outstanding Customer Service!! Andy and his staff arrived a little later than planned, what I had explained as the problem was much worse, Andy repaired the door which now works better than it originally did. He then agreed to service my other door and it now works perfectly and I do not have to worry about it breaking down. All of this was done with a smile and a Fair price. I highly recommend Andy and Express Garage Door Service!!

Our garage door was frozen to the ground yesterday due to the ice storm. I had to pry it from the frozen ground in the process I jacked up the cable holding it up. I called around to several other garage door services and they were downright rude about coming over to fix it. Then came Express Garage Service to the rescue! They came right over and got my door back in working order. They also fixed a few other things and greased up the track to make my door super quiet and smooth again.

Andy lives by my house and noticed my door was jammed. He was nice enough to stop by and let me know about it and told me he could fix it later that day when he finished his other jobs. He was very knowledgeable and friendly. I would highly recommend Andy to anyone needing service on their door!

Last night my garage door broke and I have been putting off getting a new one. I found Express Garage Door Services on line and contacted Andy. That same night he came out to do a repair so I could get my garage door opened for now. This door was over 16 years old so time for a new one anyway. I asked him if he had one in stock and he did. I also asked about an opener as I was tired of manually opening and closing it. He had that available as well, so I told him lets just go with all new and the next day my door and opener are installed. Junior was the tech doing the door replacement and what an awesome job. He was very professional, very well mannered and when he was finished he cleaned up like he was never here. Has to be the best customer service I have ever received and I highly recommend them to anyone. Andy, the owner, stopped by to inspect the work and everything was done correctly and with in 24 hours. Impressive. If you need a garage door repaired or replaced, I highly recommend Express Garage Door Services.

Andy and his team are very friendly and conscientious. They make sure that everything taken care of and nothing is missed. They also do a great job of cleaning up afterwards. They have done garage door work for us and also installed entry doors and storm doors. I would recommend Express for your garage door needs.

Although they were a little later than planned, Andy and his crew did an Awesome job! They arrived thinking the problem was 1 thing and it turned out to be much more...and then he said he would do preventative maint. on my other door.

Used Express Garage Door Service for a broken spring. This is the second time we have used them. Andy is just a wonderful person. He works his butt off. He is extremely thorough and works really hard and long. And his pricing is reasonable. I won't hesitate to use them again.

Who would have thought you could call on a Saturday and have your garage door fixed that day yet!? Andy was fantastic and my garage door works great. Andy literally works 24/7- I was out in the garage checking things out and he was on a ladder with a drill in one hand and parts in another- he "dropped" everything to take that incoming call! If your garage door needs service give Andy a call!!

I contacted Andy and he was able to take care of my broken garage door that same day! It was the middle of the afternoon when I called. He is a very professional and very nice man to work with! He even had to contact another crew member to come out to my place and take care of the job even though it was night time to ensure the job got done! He definitely stays true to his word meaning no extra cost for nights and weekends, and I would highly recommend him for any service garage repair. We would have him and his crew back in the future if needed! HE has really met our expectations and showed us parts that did not look good and explained what happens if they dont get replaced in a decent amount of time. He was above and beyond what I expected!
